Shipping Time

Maika Atelier  You can return the products you have purchased from the website after receiving them or request an exchange for another product. The legal period specified for the return and exchange of products is 15 days.

• To initiate the return and exchange process, we ask you to send an email to our team (ateliermaika1@gmail.com) and share your name, order number and briefly the reason for your return/exchange. Such feedback is very valuable to us in order to further improve the standards of our products and service.​

• Your e-mail will be responded to within 24 hours during the week, or on the next business day on the weekend, and detailed information on how to send your product to us will be shared with you.

• If you wish, you can ask for support at 0552 227 90 60.

• The product you want to return or exchange must be unused, in its original packaging and undamaged.

• The shipping costs of the returned product belong to the buyer.

• If there is a defective product, the return shipping cost will be paid along with the refund of the product price.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to deliver the product to Maika Atelier's distribution center.

• After the product reaches our distribution center, it will be returned to you within 24 hours and, if deemed appropriate, the entire product price will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

• The time it takes for the refund amount to be transferred to your account may vary depending on the bank you work with.
